I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an average difficulty process that emphasized my background and communication, progressing from a phone screen to a larger onsite day.

Phone screen — A call with an engineer to review my resume and cover typical qualification questions.
Onsite: interviews with multiple engineers/managers — After about a week, I was invited onsite for 1:1 conversations with a group of engineers/managers (roughly 6–9 people).
Onsite mix: technical + personality — Interviews included occasional technical questions alongside personality and fit, with at least one interviewer (described as very strong/PhD-level) grilling me more intensely.
HR involved — One onsite interaction included HR as part of the day’s interview
