Cedar Rapids, IAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a multi-round process that included presentations and a long onsite, and the overall difficulty ranged from average to challenging over a few months.

HR + hiring manager (intern/full-time variants) — For one path, it was an HR round plus a tech chat with the hiring manager; for another, it started with a short HR screen and then a longer technical screen.
Presentation (resume-based) — I was asked to present material from my background, with questions interleaved throughout rather than a clean “present then Q&A” flow.
Onsite team rounds — I did a full-day onsite with multiple consecutive 45-minute discussions with team members, which could include a mix of group-style interactions and some one-on-one
