I went through a long, panel-style technical process for a Software Engineer role, with multiple interviewers and a difficult level of scrutiny over about a week.

Initial HR/phone screen — a ~30-minute phone interview that focused on technical fit and my background.
Panel/final interviews (multiple 45-minute rounds) — a full slate of individual technical sessions, each with a different interviewer and a similar style of detailed follow-ups.
Onsite/HR wrap-up — a short HR discussion after the technical rounds to close out the process. Outcome: No offer, and the process felt demanding because it relied on many separate technical evaluations in a row.
