Cedar Rapids, IAPosted Aug 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a notably intense interview cycle for a Software Engineer position, spanning multiple stages over about a week and culminating in a long, highly technical onsite.

Phone interview — About 45 minutes of technical questions after I met the stated requirements on paper.
Follow-up (primary + CEO + panel + multiple rounds) — A brief start with the primary interviewer, then a short discussion with the CEO of the branch.
Panel and extended onsite — A 1-hour panel interview with a large group, plus two shorter one-on-one interviews.
Long day format — An additional lunch interview and several more one-on-ones to close out the afternoon, with technical questioning generally becoming harder as the day went on. Outcome: I didn’t move
