Elk Grove, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted during the day for a one-on-one interview with the general manager.

The details I received ahead of time were minimal, so I went in mostly relying on what I already had prepared about my experience.

Once I arrived, it felt more structured than the message suggested. I was brought to a back room and asked a few focused questions centered on me—my background and experience.

The process felt like a straightforward conversation with a clear purpose: they wanted depth on who I was and how my past work matched the role. By the end, I had the sense they were trying to quickly see whether I fit, even though the lead-up information was pretty light.
