My first interview experience was a group session with three people.

The way it ran really stood out to me: someone would ask a question, and then each person had to answer one after another.

A question that caught me off guard was a quick 30-second pitch to sell a pen. I hadn’t expected something that specific, and it made me realize they were testing whether I could think on my feet and keep my message tight.

Even though it was uncomfortable for a moment, the overall process still felt fairly average in difficulty—mostly about communication and staying composed while answering in sequence.
