Skanska Software Engineer interview experience

The process involved interviews across one morning where three people spoke with me, and the conversations were largely general and focused on interpersonal fit.

I did one-on-one interviews for three separate sessions, and the overall tone was friendly. Nothing felt especially difficult, and since it was for an entry-level position, the questions leaned more toward personality and how I worked rather than technical depth.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself felt comfortable and low-pressure.
