Washington, DCPosted Nov 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a phone interview that lasted about an hour after submitting my resume, and it went well enough that I was invited to an in-person meeting not long after.

The in-person interview was just over an hour and felt focused on fit and my background.

After that, I waited patiently. They eventually offered me a job within about two months. What stayed on my mind during the wait was that placement in this industry can be tricky, and they were clearly devoted to placing current employees properly—which made the timing feel understandable, even if it was slow.

The process ended with an offer, and my reflection was that the main challenge wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was the real-world placement timing that shaped the wait.
