Skanska Software Engineer interview experience

The call led straight into an in-person interview at the office later that same week, where I met with the Chief Engineer.

That face-to-face discussion felt pleasant and genuinely focused on fit—trying to understand what I wanted in the workplace and whether it aligned with the role. Everything moved smoothly with good pacing and clear communication.

I didn’t receive an offer afterward, but I left feeling like the process had been respectful and thoughtfully matched to the role rather than purely transactional.
