SIXT Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

New York, NYPosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had Hackerrank-style rounds with easy questions, followed by a coding round with LeetCode easy/medium problems, then system design, then a hiring manager discussion, and finally HR.

After the HR round, I got a rejection without any feedback.

Even after putting time into multiple stages—roughly four or five rounds—I expected a clearer explanation of why I didn’t move forward. Instead, the process ended with no guidance, which made it hard to understand what didn’t work.

I didn’t get an offer, and the rejection without feedback was the most frustrating part. The experience left me feeling like the process took candidates seriously only up to the point of deciding, and then it stopped caring about closure.
