SIXT Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

BengaluruPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through six rounds total, and then there was no feedback at all.

The interviews were in Bangalore, and the sequence started with an online coding step, then DS/Algo, system design, and then a low-level/machine coding round.

After the technical rounds, I had a hiring manager round and then an HR round. Throughout the process, I was expecting at least some result explanation, but nothing came through afterward. When I tried reaching out, I couldn’t get a response either by phone or through follow-up attempts.

No offer was made, and the lack of any feedback felt unbelievable. That combination of multiple rounds plus complete silence was what stuck with me
