SIXT Software Engineer interview experience

That call stayed pretty focused on me as a professional—my background, my role, and how my experience related to the work.

It was mostly a general discussion rather than a technical interrogation. The HR representative took the time to walk through what the team did and what the role generally involved, and I left the call feeling like I understood the context better.

There was no offer afterward. Still, the one part that felt genuinely good was how respectful and clear the HR discussion was, especially compared to more rigid interview formats I’ve experienced elsewhere.
