BengaluruPosted Nov 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was called by the SixT R&D center in Bangalore, and the process ended up being pretty extensive with seven interview rounds.

It took about two weeks overall, across roughly ten working days.

A big portion included a reporting-manager round where I answered questions about the product roadmap, the team size and working strategy, and current challenges. I also got asked how my role would contribute, and how the team I would join would support overall growth.

The later rounds stayed technical and HR-adjacent, with one of the HR touches described as standout. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience felt detailed and invested in understanding how I’d work within the team and contribute to the product direction.
