SIXT Software Engineer interview experience

The pace stood out because it didn’t drag on with long gaps between steps, and the recruiters and interviewers were friendly.

Each interviewer explained the problem statement clearly and made space for me to clear doubts before jumping into solving. The whole experience felt collaborative rather than adversarial.

Even with that positive tone, I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, I walked away with the impression that the process was well run from a communication standpoint, and that the way they presented problems made it easier to perform under pressure.
