SIXT Business Intelligence Analyst interview experience

First was a quick connect call with HR. After that, I moved to a hiring manager conversation, and then a final stage with the engineering manager.

Even though the outline was simple, each step felt like it had a different purpose: HR to set context, the hiring manager to evaluate how I’d fit with the role, and the engineering manager to dig into the deeper side of how the team would work.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the sequence itself was clear and felt intentional. My overall impression was that the structure was straightforward, even though the final decision didn’t land in my favor.
