SIXT Software Engineer interview experience

IndiaPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the process surprisingly smooth, and the interviewers were understanding throughout.

There were multiple rounds that included technical, managerial, and HR components.

In the technical rounds, I was asked data structures and algorithms questions. The managerial conversation focused on which team I’d fit into, and the HR round centered on cultural fit. That division made it clear what each person was evaluating.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience didn’t leave me feeling mistreated. Even though the final decision wasn’t in my favor, I appreciated that the interviews felt considerate and that the questions matched the intent of each stage.
