My interview schedule started aggressively: all rounds were planned for the first day.

After the first round, the coordinator told me the next round would happen in a few minutes.

The second round happened and I felt it went well. After that, there was no response from the coordinator. I tried calling, and the coordinator didn’t pick up. I followed up the next day as well, but I didn’t get any reply at all.

I never received an offer or a clear end to the process. The biggest issue was the silence and the way scheduling seemed to collapse after the second round, leaving me unsure about whether anything would continue.
