Denver, COPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The timeline stretched out more than I expected, and the lack of clear feedback made it harder to read where I stood.

It took over three months from the first outreach to actually reaching the interview stages, and along the way I was asked to complete a coding assessment between interviews. I remember there wasn’t much detail about how the assessment or earlier rounds were evaluated.

Once I finally got to the later stages, the process still felt thorough but not very transparent. There were three rounds overall, with built-in time between stages and plenty of chances to ask questions. The main thing that caught me off guard was how technical the interview was overall—more technical than I had anticipated
