I went into a panel interview format where the conversation blended behavioral questions with questions tied directly to experiences I listed on my resume.

The structure felt like a group review—multiple people moving through different angles instead of one interviewer leading the whole session.

The tone was pleasant overall. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions stayed within what I’d already talked about in my application and project history.

I received an offer. What I appreciated most was that, despite being a panel, it didn’t feel combative—more like a coordinated discussion that helped them validate my background.
