I had a very warm, welcoming interview where I got to meet the hiring team, along with people in similar early-career roles.

The whole vibe felt open and supportive, and I appreciated that I could ask questions without it feeling like a trap.

What stood out most was how much the conversation stayed grounded in my background, but still nudged me toward the fundamentals of the domain. I left feeling that a light refresh on technical concepts tied to mechanical systems would have made me even sharper going in.

Overall, it felt friendly and low-drama, and I walked away with a strong sense of how the team worked and how they approached questions.
