Siemens Energy Software Engineer interview experience

It was structured around just three questions, and each one was something I had to answer about myself as a person rather than jumping into deep technical topics. The format let me record multiple takes for each question, which made the process feel less like a live trap and more like I could find my footing.

Overall it didn’t feel particularly stressful because the questions were straightforward and there was no pressure of answering in a single shot. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience was easy to follow and at least gave me a clear sense of what they were listening for in my answers.
