I was brought into an assessment-style experience with an individual interview at the end, and the day also included a tour of the site.

The setup felt like they were trying to show the environment as much as they were evaluating me.

There was a group dynamic too: I was part of a group of eight graduates with a mix of mechanical and electrical engineers, and the team was introduced so it didn’t feel like I was interviewing into a vacuum. The role itself was described in a lot of detail, and the people involved were friendly and comfortable to talk to.

I ended up with an offer, and the main impression I kept was that it was an informative, well-run process rather than a stressful interrogation.
