Siemens Energy Software Engineer interview experience

I was recommended for the role by a manager, which then led to additional conversations with a hiring manager and the team lead. The interview content stayed centered on role fit—how my background matched what the team needed—and the overall vibe felt straightforward.

After the interviews wrapped, there was confirmation over email a few days later. The process didn’t feel drawn out, and the steps were easy to follow.

I ended up receiving an offer, and I remember feeling relieved that the process was clean and organized from the recommendation through the final confirmation.
