I went through a pretty formal sequence that started with a call from someone on the management side to discuss the position.

After that, I had two technical interview rounds with prepared question-sets and clear prompts. The difficulty felt high, and it was mostly technical, with each interviewer staying focused on the topics they had laid out.

Later in the process I met with HR, and then I wrapped up with one more round with the manager. The timeline felt like it moved in stages, with pauses between each conversation, but everything stayed structured. I ended up getting an offer from the final decision, and the overall experience felt professional and tightly run rather than casual.
