Positive

RumänienPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a pretty casual experience overall, and the recruiters felt friendly throughout.

The interview started with a telephone conversation, and that was followed by a face-to-face meeting.

Technical questions were part of it too, but they weren’t extremely intense. The tone stayed conversational, and it felt like the focus was on understanding my background rather than trying to trick me with obscure details.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the overall experience was positive because the communication felt respectful and the process didn’t feel unnecessarily harsh or confusing.
