Siemens Digital Industries Software Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter and hiring side focused on logistics and timing rather than heavy technical depth. We talked through when I could start, and what my availability looked like alongside their expectations.

They generally preferred a faster start window, around three months, but my situation required more flexibility because I had other commitments during the summer. I ended up negotiating so I would be working on the role for only about a month at first. The overall feel was calm and easygoing, and the process led to an offer.
