Siemens Digital Industries Software Software Engineer interview experience

From the recruiter onward, the emphasis was on how I thought through problems—more than just the final answer. I had to clearly explain my reasoning process and stay articulate while working through the questions.

The difficulty was average, and it didn’t come off as overly aggressive. I ended up receiving an offer.

What I remember most was that the evaluation felt like it was watching my process in real time. That made the interview feel fair in a way—when I slowed down and expressed my thinking clearly, I could see the direction they wanted.
