My process moved quickly and stayed focused on discussion rather than long assessments.

After a phone interview with the hiring manager, I joined about a two-hour on-site sequence with interviews run in a COVID-era format. The purpose was partly to get better acquainted and partly to dig into my background.

The technical part centered on C++ topics, described more like pseudo-C++ questions than an actual coding session. It felt more like a conversational check of understanding than a deep, problem-solving exercise. Overall, it was light on friction for me, and despite the shorter, calmer pace, I still ended up receiving an offer.
