Siemens Digital Industries Software Software Engineer interview experience

The conversations were friendly, and when I didn’t know an answer, the interviewers still guided me through it so I could leave with something concrete. That made the process feel more like learning than testing.

Another round had the same casual tone—no unnecessary stress. The questions fit what the role would reasonably require based on my background, so it felt consistent rather than random.

I ended up receiving an offer. What I appreciated most was that I didn’t feel cornered, and the interviewers seemed to care more about the conversation and fit than about trying to catch mistakes.
