I interviewed directly with members of the delivery team—developers along with a manager and even QA.

The conversation was technical in nature, and it ended with a technical assessment. After that, I went through the kind of structured evaluation where there was an assessment phase and then a technical interview panel.

What stayed with me most was the timeline after everything completed. Feedback took a while—about four to six weeks—so even after the rounds felt like they went through smoothly, the waiting period was long and a little tense for me.
