New DelhiPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process for their New Delhi engineering hub felt rigorous and tightly managed, and the structure was clearly designed to evaluate seriously.

I didn’t get far enough to see every step described in detail, but what stood out was that the hiring team included U.S.-based hiring managers who were highly involved and technically sharp.

It felt like an interview culture where the bar was set high from the beginning. I didn’t receive an offer, and my reflection was that even with limited detail here, the overall vibe was clearly demanding and focused on real technical capability.
