SharkNinja Software Engineer interview experience

I had two interviews—first with a hiring manager and then with someone on the team. Each was around half an hour, and the conversations felt natural rather than stiff. I left both calls feeling like I’d explained my background clearly and that the fit was there.

Even though I thought it went well, I didn’t hear anything back and it ended with me feeling effectively sidelined. What stuck with me was how quickly momentum seemed to disappear after I’d already completed the conversations, and how that left me with a lingering sense that I’d missed some closing step I wasn’t told about.
