The process started with an HR screening that doubled as a briefing about what to expect.

The total interview sequence included five interviews altogether, including that screening, and it stayed friendly from the beginning.

Both HR and the development team interviewers were pleasant to talk to. The conversation didn’t feel adversarial, and I never felt uncomfortable answering questions or discussing my background.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself felt respectful and positive. The main takeaway was how easy it was to communicate with everyone I spoke to.
