Santa Clara, CAPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and went through the standard screening, then got pulled into the next step—only for things to stall hard.

I remember being in the middle of the process and expecting more communication, but the second interview ended up being cancelled with no explanation.

After that, it went quiet. I was left completely hanging without any follow-up, and it was honestly disappointing to get ghosted mid-process like that, especially given the company’s size.

The bigger feeling was frustration: I’d invested time into the early stages, and the lack of closure made the process feel sloppy more than challenging. I didn’t end up with an offer.
