I went through a total of five rounds, and the difficulty ramped up noticeably.

The first was a telephonic screening with a hiring manager, and then I had a sequence of technical zoom calls: one with a senior engineer, then one with a staff engineer, and another with a senior staff engineer.

Each of those technical rounds was rated around the mid-to-high difficulty range, and the final round was with a hiring/technical manager, followed by additional HR discussion before offer rollout.

I didn’t get an offer. The process was challenging end to end, and it felt like they were measuring depth across multiple senior technical perspectives rather than keeping things simple.
