ServiceNow QA Engineer interview experience

InternPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I took the ServiceNow QA Intern online assessment expecting something light, almost like it would be more introductory.

I thought it might be the kind of test where you just define basic concepts, like agile, and move on—but it ended up being more challenging than I’d prepared for.

The assessment felt tougher than the job itself had suggested, and the structure and pacing caught me by surprise. What I remember most was how quickly it stopped feeling like a casual screen and started testing more than just simple definitions.

I didn’t get an offer from that path, and honestly the biggest takeaway was that I had underestimated the difficulty level of the OA.
