ServiceNow Software Engineer interview experience

The whole focus was on arriving at an optimal solution, and the interviewers stayed engaged.

What made it feel positive was that the interviewers were genuinely helpful and guided me throughout the process. I didn’t feel like I was being judged silently—I felt like I had a back-and-forth where they would steer me when needed.

Despite that supportive tone, I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, the experience stayed memorable because it was one of the few technical processes where I felt coached through the thinking rather than blocked by the silence of the interviewers.
