San Diego, CAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first round was with a recruiter, and it was mostly behavioral questions.

After that, I moved to a final coding interview where I worked with a panel of three engineers.

The second round was more technical and focused on writing and explaining code under panel scrutiny. I walked away knowing what they were looking for in terms of fundamentals and clarity, and although it didn’t end with an offer for me, the structure was clear enough that I could tell where the focus was.
