I started with an email from the recruiter, and the next day I hopped on a Zoom call to talk through the role and go over behavioral questions—there were about five or six.

The recruiter was responsive and kind, and that tone carried into the actual interviews.

A few days later—around five days after that initial conversation—I had the final round. It had two parts: a technical conversation with two staff engineers on the team and a behavioral round with the team’s manager in a 1:1 setting.
