My ServiceNow journey felt structured and competitive, even before I reached a live interview.

I was shortlisted based on my resume, and then I went through a first assessment round with four parts: problem solving, Python, SQL, and JavaScript. The questions were described as relatively easy, and after that round a large portion of candidates were removed.

I was only considered if I completed about one and a half of those questions, and that’s the point at which I moved forward to the interviews.
