My first technical interview packed in multiple topics and the difficulty felt genuinely high.

I went through a DSA-focused round that included a hard graph problem, a hard database problem, an intermediate DSA problem involving arrays, and then prompt engineering.

What stood out to me was that they seemed to judge more than just whether I reached the correct idea—they paid close attention to how many test cases passed. That made the session feel less forgiving and more performance-focused. Even when I understood the approach, I felt pressure to get the implementation right under that test-case lens. I didn’t receive an offer.
