I went through three interviews in a sequence that ran about a week apart, and the whole experience felt friendly and low-pressure.

The order was HR first, then the tech team, and then a manager. Scheduling was flexible enough that it didn’t feel like I was constantly getting pushed around.

The timeline moved quickly once the rounds started, and they made a decision on the same day as the last interview. The questions overall didn’t feel overly adversarial, and I got a clear sense of what each group cared about.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the smooth coordination and quick decision after the final conversation were genuinely positive parts of the process, even though the result wasn’t what I wanted.
