At the onsite, the interviewer told me directly that she only wanted females on her team, and she also said she was interviewing me only to avoid getting in trouble.

The interaction got even more upsetting when she asked about my age. I refused to answer, and she responded in an insulting way—essentially calling me old—then ended with direct negativity toward me rather than any real discussion about the job or the company.
