I went through a four-round interview where the early technical bar was high.

The first round included three DSA questions, and then the second and third rounds were Tech HR conversations. The last step was a general HR round.

Overall, it felt difficult, mostly because the amount of algorithm work early on set the tone and didn’t leave much slack. The later rounds still mattered, but the first technical phase was where I could feel whether I could keep up with their expectations.

At the end, I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt very focused on core technical ability across multiple interviewers.
