Santa Clara, CAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The overall process felt fairly straightforward, but I had to follow up with the recruiter a few times because updates were slow.

Eventually, I reached the final stage, which was three back-to-back interviews.

Those included one behavioral round, one technical behavioral round, and then a hiring manager conversation. In the technical behavioral portion, they asked me a very simple programming loops question, but it was still wrapped into how I explained my thinking.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the flow itself didn’t feel chaotic. What stuck with me most was the lack of speed from the recruiter side rather than the content of the interviews.
