My interview process went smoothly overall, but what bothered me was the lack of feedback.

I didn’t get anything beyond a simple email saying I wasn’t going to move forward.

The interviews themselves felt like they were going well, so the rejection and the minimal communication didn’t match what I experienced during the sessions. I kept feeling like the process wasn’t clear enough about what was happening behind the scenes.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the main reflection I had afterward was about process transparency. Even when the conversations go fine, ending with no real feedback leaves too many questions.
