ServiceNow Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Negative

IndiaPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interviews for me had a very strange vibe.

I felt like the evaluation was biased toward candidates who had terrible technical skills but strong communication, and at the same time the interviewers were rude and impatient—there wasn’t much room to think through answers properly.

Even though I did end up receiving an offer, it didn’t come with a positive feeling. The experience made me reflect on how the process was run rather than just how I performed, and the rude interactions and rigid approach left a bad taste.
