ServiceNow Software Engineer interview experience

The overall difficulty felt pretty algorithm-heavy, and I didn’t get much support from the interviewers when I needed clarification. It relied heavily on me knowing exactly what to do and how to drive the solution forward.

Time felt tight too, which made the lack of guidance even more stressful. Instead of a conversation where you can recover with interviewer direction, it was more like I had to carry the momentum myself. I ended up feeling like I was judged primarily on whether I could execute precisely under pressure.
