Santa Clara, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an HR round, then moved into a technical interview where they shared a ServiceNow instance and asked me to work through a few questions tied to it.

The technical questions themselves were described as medium difficulty, and it felt like they were testing whether I could navigate the platform context and apply my thinking to tasks rather than just doing generic coding.

What lingered was the communication timing—there was a delay before I heard back. Eventually, they let me know they weren’t moving forward because I didn’t have enough frontend experience for what they needed.
