I went into my interviews expecting an organized discussion, but it felt poorly managed from the start.

Even after I asked for an agenda and structure ahead of time, there was no clear feedback on the topics and no agenda during the conversation. A lot of the time passed before it became clear that key topics they expected to cover hadn’t even been addressed.

It turned into an awkward feeling of having to sit through the middle part without knowing what the process was trying to accomplish. Once it was finally acknowledged that major areas hadn’t been touched, it underlined how unstructured the discussion had been.

The difficulty wasn’t just about the content—it was about the confusion
